Users can use this web-based application to predict the biodegradability of chemical entities and generate the structure of the chemical compound by providing a one entry line of the SMILES string of their query chemical compound and then executing the program to determine the probability of biodegradability. For more than one entry users are encouraged to use the “Upload a small File” or “Upload a big File” options depending on the number of compounds in their txt file.
